This is the cheat sheet I took into the exam (Sem1 2019), about 90% of the answers to the questions were on this Cheat Sheet. I would recommend highlighting in different colours to help information stand out. This is also an excellent layout for any cheat sheet as I find the columns and headings easy to find what you're looking for quickly.
