CPEP NEW CURRICULUM - COLOUR CODED and VERY DETAILED
Subject notes for UNSW LAWS2351
Description
I used these notes to receive an overall mark of 83 (Distinction) in CPEP. These notes have been comprehensively put together in a template format based on the new curriculum of CPEP. My notes are all COLOUR CODED and NEATLY ORGANISED into different subsections, tables and headings. They also have MINI-PRACTISE QUESTIONS, DIAGRAMS and PICTURES integrated into the notes. There is a strong emphasis on credibility in these notes, which is a major topic area examined in the new CPEP course. I have also developed PATHWAYS for each topic area in the course in the form of MIND-MAPS. As you will learn, pathways are an incredibly useful tool in CPEP to help understand the often confusing Evidence Act. However, once these pathways have been developed, the Evidence Act becomes a whole lot easier to apply. In these notes, I've scaffolded a template that can be used in both the mid-sem and final exam problem question. The scaffold contains the issues, rule (law) and then possible ways to apply the law (ie. applying the facts of the case). I have included blank spaces where it is appropriate to apply the facts. See sample for contents page, noting that the section numbers are un-redacted in the full notes for your convenience. I hope these notes will be as useful to you as they were for me in CPEP. Having notes COLOUR CODED and NEATLY ORGANISED was a real asset in a time pressured exam.
