86 HD - Fed Con - Comprehensive Exam Notes

Please note I completed this subject in Semester 1 - 2014 and got 86 (see preview). I've included a table of contents as well as a sample of the notes in the preview so you can see the topics covered and the content. Unfortunately the drop-down menu for this site has been changed and the earliest date available is Semester 1 - 2016. Note, I'm relisting these notes. These notes are what I used for the exam. Although a few years have passed, people have still continued to download them. Since I first listed them, I've had 50 downloads (see preview). The notes are concise but comprehensive (you don't have time in the exam to be flipping through many pages). As you can see in the preview, they are organised by topic. All the legal rules are set out clearly, along with all the relevant cases (with key facts, ratio and reasons for decision included).
