BCMB2X01 Comprehensive Lecture and Practical Summary Notes

BCMB2X01 is a really hard subject! There is SO much content (it used to be two subjects!), and sometimes it is hard to stay on top of everything. These notes summarise all lectures on molecular biology (weeks 1-6) and biochemistry (weeks 7-13). The tutorials cover largely the same content, and any additional content has been integrated into each section. These notes also contain context for two (out of four) of the BCMB2901 practicals only - spectrophotometry and genotyping (NOT BCMB2001, as it is a different course!). The other two practicals - cloning and ELMA - are directly assessable and cannot be uploaded here :(
