DISTINCTION Secured Transactions in Commercial Law Notes - Summarised and Non-Summarised

These notes cover the entire Secured Transactions in Commercial Law course (LAWS3484 and LAWS5184), taught at the University of Sydney. They summarise all lecture material and readings. The first 18 pages of the notes is a summary of the subsequent 70 pages. I used the summary alone in my exam and achieved a distinction. Both are very comprehensive and formatted neatly, allowing for quick and easy reference during the open book exam. Both the summarised and non-summarised versions of the notes contain a separate Table of Contents, as well as separate page numbers, to avoid any confusion. All cases are also bolded and italicised. This course can be incredibly complex and challenging, so these notes should be invaluable.
