These notes contain the required content for the Monash JD Admin Law Exam. The notes are split into three categories in which someone would seek a review. Most exams have one question worth a lot of marks. These notes can be followed from start to finish. Alternatively you can start with which ever method suits you. I pretty much copied these notes in my exam and only dropped 6 marks. *NOTE* These notes are missing 'Grounds'. My exam did not have grounds in it as they were assessed on the assignment.
