IP: Copyright and Designs Notes (Distinction)

Description

These notes are suitable for LAWS3480 and LAWS5180. I completed this subject in Semester 2 of 2017, meaning the course content will be very similar (if not identical) to that which I studied. The notes comprise summaries of the lecture content and reading materials. I achieved a mark of 83 with these notes. They are very comprehensive and will not require you to do any additional reading in order to achieve a great mark.
