MLL335 Legal Practice and Ethics exam and assignment notes (87 HD)

These are my detailed notes for the final exam and for the assignment in MLL335 in 2017. My mark was 87 HD for the subject (HDs for the exam and the assignment), and my assignment was sent around to students as a 'model HD answer'. These notes are comprehensive and integrate the prescribed readings, lecture notes, case summaries, legislation, etc and were all I needed to obtain a fantastic result in both the assignment and exam.
