Defences Basically, I didn't do very well in the assignment for this subject, but I well and truly boosted my mark by getting a HD in the exam using these notes!!! Size 14 font with 1.5 line spacing = very easy to flick through in an exam to find what you need and headings galore! Also included is an exam answer outline (made with assistance from unit chair) and a shorthand legend for abbreviations used throughout the notes. Very concise, easy to read, goes element by element with relevant case law/legislation listed for virtually all propositions. I strongly suggest colour coding mentions of legislation and case law to make this even easier to read and make references in exam answers. I also strongly suggest to use tabs for topics - it is easier to find exactly the topic you're looking for instead of going through a table of contents and finding the page number (hence why these notes are not paginated).
