These notes served me well in the mid-semester and final exams, helping me to a high distinction for the unit. Please note that while they were completed for the LLB version of Professor Anderson's course, his JD course is identical, and they may also be a useful source of reference for the other streams. The covered subject areas are, in order of appearance: choice of law in tort; substance and procedure; proof of foreign law; exclusionary doctrines; choice of law in contract; and the execution of foreign judgments.
