Description

I created and used these notes for studying and the final open-book exam weighted 75% - receiving a HD for the entire course. These notes are for the entire course. It includes relevant treaties and International Law Commission Draft Articles together with pertinent cases or academic commentary for each article, case notes, academic literature and more. These notes were created with the knowledge that they would be utilised in an open-book exam environment. As such they are structured in a way similar to how you would structure a response to a problem question (see sample notes).
