Structured notes for Principles of Private Law - 89 in finals

Description

Unlike the latter part of the course, my notes are structured (as can be seen in the first 5 pages of the sample). These notes outline the facts of each case in the footnotes so that 'background' knowledge doesn't clog up the main body of the doc. I went very well in this subject, but that is probably also due to the fact that I was one of the only students who had studied 3 semesters of law before completing it. The four topics were: contract, property, estoppel, & agency. Good luck in the exam!
