This is basically the bundle of notes I wish I had before I started contracts! Covers all topics, includes necessary summaries and has exam prep chapters. Each topic from the course is covered, and includes a succinct summarisation of what the topic is, states the principles and which case they derive from, and provides a summary of each case using a 'facts/issue/held' structure. Also included are diagrams for memorisation and understanding the topics in a simple manner, and a HD problem question sample response. The notes are structure in the most simple and relevant way possible, as contracts is a very convoluted subject and there are a lot of factors to consider. This bundle helped me get the best mark possible and I hope they may help you too.
