Private Law Final Exam Notes - FULLY COMPREHENSIVE

Description

I used these notes in Semester 2 of 2016 to obtain a high level Distinction (83) in Private law and specifically a High Distinction in the Mid-semester assignment. It contains summaries of all necessary readings and comprehensive case summaries of all the relevant cases. Additionally I integrated some helpful diagrams and tables to not only learn the information but refer to specific elements in the exam. These notes are not only easy to use in the exam but contain all the information discussed in class and are hence an extremely valuable tool for staying on top of the content throughout the semester.
