Description

These are my notes for equity. It was a closed book exam so my notes consisted of maps and charts showing the steps in each cause of action as well as more substantive and detailed notes. There is authority for each point which is colour coded. I've also included tips and common pitfalls that were mentioned in lectures and tutes.
