MLL111 LECTURE NOTES

Description

These notes are taken from lectures by lecturer Sam Cusumano and the textbook for MLL111 in T3 2016 (last trimester). I've divided the notes according to lecture e.g. week 1 part 1, week 1 part 2 etc. making it easy to follow the structure of the course. I've made notes of all the important cases mentioned and jotted down the page numbers of them (3rd Edition Contract Law, by Philip and Julie Clarke) These are NOT exam notes. I'll be honest and tell you that these are not notes you can take into the exam, however, I think they'll make keeping up with this unit hell of a lot easier, and they're good for revision. BUT my notes are a little messy and may have some spelling mistakes or awkward expressions, as I've tried to jot down everything I regarded as important by Sam.
