Wills and Estates - Second in Subject Notes!!

Here is my law school pride and joy as a future wills and estate graduate lawyer. With no textbook, these notes have been created and defined through the documented case law and the expertise of a lecturer who is on the panel of deciding the accreditation of lawyers in wills and estate. With these notes i was fortunate enough to come second in the subject!!! They are personally created and extremely detailed and are a perfect replacement for any textbook and/or lecturer. For my own learning, i included scaffolds to answer problem questions and flow charts to allow the content to be understood simply and easily. This is my proudest effort at law school. ENJOY!
