Description

Let's just say, when everyone else was stressing out staring at their exam papers, shuffling through their textbooks looking for highlighted sections, making deep longing sighs.... etc... I WAS SMILING ;) This tabled exam revision made my exam experience a breeze! I have PIL problem questions and then I’ve answered them with supporting and dissenting opinions, cases, conventions, articles. It is REALLY easy to follow because of the tables. At the top left corner, I have 3 colors introduced: You simply then highlight in respect to whatever it is focusing on. (I didn't want to print out 90 pages on the color printer ok, heck no!! LOL) The exam revision booklet covers: 1. The Importance & Source of PIL 2. Legal Personality 3. Law of the Sea 4. Use of Force & Enforcement 5. State Responsibility 6. Human Rights 10. PIL & Municipal Law Potential Conflicts BONUS! The first top section has a few tips on how to do well in the exam AND the second part is a glossary of exam terms. For instance: Enumerate positivits notions on public international law.............. what is "enumerate?".......look to the glossary and BAM! "Enumerate: To list. Name and list the main ideas one by one. " The third bonus! Each section has in brackets page numbers, so if you're lost - you have a page number to look directly at. The page numbers are referring to the textbook: International Law : Cases and Materials with Australian Perspectives By (author) Donald R. Rothwell , By (author) Stuart Kaye , By (author) Afshin Akhtarkhavari , By (author) Ruth Davis. Enjoy!
