Competition Law exam notes

Description

These notes include the relevant legislation, summaries of all the cases, and the elements needed to satisfy the prohibitions in the Act. The notes are a summary of the textbook, so it saves you the time and effort of reading all 500 pages of the book. These notes only contain topics 2 and 5-12, and not much on the policy side of competition law. The exam (in 2016) was problem based, and so there was no need for notes on policy issues.
