To access L338, enter through the main entrance of Level 3, turn right and continue until you pass through two automatic doors. Once thorough, turn right again and walk towards reading room 4. Once inside ready Room four, turn left, walk towards the double doors, and it'll be the first door on your left before going through the double doors.
