This has 6 washing machines and 6 dryers, and shared between 200 people... yes WOW. So I suggest, do it at strange hours of the night, because chances are they will be free :) It is located in the middle of Hillsides 4, 5 and 6, and you need a key card to get in. (Hillside residents only)
