This is a very important subject to any person aspiring to be a lawyer. Basically, the subject revolves around the making of court claims, applications and jurisdiction. I believe in order or students to grasp every bit of information sufficient time should be allocated for this particular subject. Otherwise, this was one of my best classes

Essential for any potential lawyer in the field. Explains how to make applications, jurisdiction and which court is best to make a claim in. Very comprehensive and the lecture is very informative. Very enjoyable class. Lecture time was the only big downfall as it was late in the evening which is a let down for those of us who live a fair distance away.
