Reviews

Just a good subject and a natural extension from Private Law. Readings were manageable and the cases were generally easy to follow, and they always went through them in class. The mid-term assignment and final exam were both problem questions. Both can be answered in about 100 ways, and we were told because of this, they weren't marked to a rubric - but instead were marked 'holistically' (whatever that means). Most people I know did okay if they understood the concepts. I would recommend doing a few final exams as prep for your final exam, and really refining your notes.
