Reviews

The readings are really long and at times complex but it is a very interesting subject. I really enjoyed tracing through the origin of a particular constitutional provision.

Sincerely I find anything related to law to be very simple, I did not need help of anyone to pass this subject. Overall this was an amazing subject that I passed seamlessly

This is one of the first blackletter law courses which I have undertaken which I have thoroughly enjoyed. It also seems like one of the few core law courses for which many of the enlisted lecturers are passionate and extremely knowledgeable. The mid-semester assignment was a take-home problem question (30%), with the rest of the course being assessed via class participation (20%) and a final exam (50%).
