Honestly, this subject is torture, just when you think you have it figured out, a question comes and makes you question your existence. BE PREPARED AND ORGANISED IF YOU WANT TO DO WELL. H1 is VERY hard.

Slides are not the best and inconsistent styles across the topics covered since they keep changing lecturers for different topics. Tutes are pretty good. A lot of content so you have to be on very top of it. Very difficult H1. Probably the hardest accounting subject, if not hardest Bcom subject. Enjoy

Really challenging subject with very heavy content. Was a bit disappointed they didn’t teach any relevant tools like IFA (eg. accounting software) but instead focus on journal entries and accounting standards only.

Concepts gets increasingly challenging as you go along, but definitely manageable if you stay on top of your work!

Fun and challenging subject. Make sure to understand lecture contents and have a firm understanding from first week and forward, then you should do well.

A challenging subject but extremely beneficial for accounting students because it requires deep understanding of each accounting concept. Jagjit is an excellent lecturer. She always seeks feedback from students and tries to make the content as easy to understand as possible. Highly recommended.

It requires a lot of practices , just like maths!

It is not a very challenging unit, but lots of exercise is a key to success in this unit. Moreover, always take note of the tips or indications the lecturer provide throughout the lectures
