This is a very basic introductory corporate finance subject according to my study and teaching experiences. The course structure is organised into two teaching focus: Investment & Financing. They are the fundamental functions that a financial manager should always conduct in a morden corporate environment. At any stage, bear in mind that the major role that played in this story is from the company or financial manager perspective rather than individul practicers or SME.

An interesting introductory unit to corporate finance. Not the most difficult unit conceptually and interesting if you keep up to date. Make sure to do past papers and know how to do main calculation questions.

Just do the past paper and tutorials to ace this subject. It worked on me.
