Reviews and tips for STA1PSY

The only kind of math that I'm keen for. The lecturer and the tutors are super approachable and very helpful. Challenging at first and the numbers and formulas can be daunting, but if you do your homework and practice activities on time, it's going to be easy and you're sure to get good grades.

This subject will also help students comprehend statistical analyses in scientific research papers. The statistical computing package SPSS is an integral part of this subject with weekly practice classes held in a computer laboratory.

Challenging subject with a bit to learn. The learning curve for this subject is manageable if you're willing to go to class and do your homework. Once you fall behind it can be hard to catch up but it's a very rewarding class if you put in the work

This was a challenging subject, and at times it can be a little boring. If you attend lectures or do the readings, and go to all your classes, keeping up with the subject is manageable. Definitely seek help from tutors or other students if you're struggling, and the subject is highly rewarding!
