I thought the unit was interesting in gaining an understanding of the employment process regarding recruitment and selection. The unit lectures and slides were recycled from previous years and definitely should have been updated to keep up with the current climate of recruitment and election under covid circumstances. Personally, don't think there is enough support for students in this unit which makes it seem as though the unit is disorganised. I dont think there is a clear expectations when it comes to assessments and meeting requirements. Glad there is no exams for this unit this semester!
