The workload was too high for a half unit - it should really have been a full unit. There was no incentive to go to class once your presentation had finished. Too many readings. It would have been better with less readings, more in class short assessments rather than a big essay. The content was really interesting overall and I learned a lot.

This unit can get controversial . Discussions in class tend to get interesting.The journals we had to do were meant to be insightful but I don't think they appreciate opinions if they arent favourable to indigenous people. No offence.
