This class is gruelling but useful. Even though this is an ‘introduction’ I highly recommend you do one of the introductory classes hosted by the Geography department first. If you can keep up with the work the class is fairly easy. If you cannot (or miss a day) the catch-up effort is monumental. The final report is actually fairly easy and the lecturer will reward you if you make an effort to do something novel in your spatial analysis (even if it’s technically wrong).
