The lectures were nicely spaced and easy to follow. Assessments were fortnightly case studies and one essay. I give it 3 stars as we had NO results released the entire semester.. super frustrating... especially for the case studies. Our tutor even said there was "no guarantee results would be available before the exam".

One of my all-time favourite units. It is focused on application rather than theory. Each week, you do a case study which counts to your tutorial marks. The case study is of a real-life business and is really interesting to analyse. The major assignment is an interview with a small business owner, which was honestly a great learning experience. Lectures: only 2 hours per week, and there isn't much content in each lecture as the lecturer goes really slow and plays online videos during them. The final exam based on theory was so simple that the vast majority of cohort left before the 1-hour mark (50 MCQ with a lot of true/false questions). I learnt a lot from this unit (really applicable to the real world) and it is pretty easy to get a high mark in. I did this unit as a level 2 broadening unit, and I have no regrets. Also, they say you need the textbook, but you really don't. The lecture slides are more than enough. :)
