Reviews

This is by no means an easy unit. Content throws you in at the deep end very early on and questions have changed a lot from past years. Doing the practice questions was fine but I had a shock when it came to the actual paper.

They changed this unit in 2019. Practice questions and past year papers are almost completely irrelevant to the final exam. Lecturer provided very little help

The unit is well organised, definitely a rather easy HD unit, concepts are easy to understand

This unit was so well organised. Doing the worksheets and practise tests is enough to do extremely well in this unit. It's not at all a hard bridging course by any means, but the effort still translates to good grades. Overall it's a great unit!

You don't need a textbook but if you run out of questions to do, use the Sadler books you used in highschool. Lecturer is alright but doesn't really elaborate the points in the lecture notes. (i.e. he just reads off the slides) Tests are fair - if you study and do the work you should get good grades; if not, then that's on you
