Interesting topics but has no structure and major assignment has no guidance on how it is expected to be done.

This unit was conducted by two different lecturers. Some lecturers were very organised and comprehensible, while the others lacked structure making it very difficult to understand at times. The major essay lacked guidance with how to approach the questions. Overall, needs more coordination and structure.

Unit discusses a lot of different topics and areas which interact with the law and it was interesting in this sense. However the lectures can tend to be drawn out a little longer than necessary and can be rather repetitive, especially relative to the lecture slides. The tutorials are super interesting and useful though. Definitely not an easy HD but can do well with a bit of effort and self-directed learning.

Tutor was great, but the assessments didn't help with my overall understanding of the unit. The major essay question/scenario was extremely vague and there was very little guidance given in how to approach it.
