The content is extremely useful and interesting. The online lectures are easy to follow and time-saving. The learning objectives are really useful for preparing for the mid and end-semester examinations so it is advised to well-study the learning objectives in order to score higher for your examinations.

Well structured unit where you are given learning objectives that are followed for exams and simple to do well in provided you just cover the objectives.

Relatively interesting subject but the lecturer is quite boring. The practical exam is completely pointless. Who the fuck makes such a big fuss about a scripted session on teaching someone how to use a leg press/leg curl machine?

I found Muscle Mech quite interesting, but also challenging to understand some of the concepts. For all the gym-goers out there, this is the subject in which you learn the most effective ways to gain muscle hypertrophy, and how to maintain this, etc! Downside: the lecturer wasn't too great, which made lectures dry and uninteresting.
