Lectures were interesting and engaging. Great introductory level nutrition subject. The subject is more towards a social and public health perspective, which really opens your eye to other perspectives in medicine and health. The assignments were also do-able. In terms of mid-session and final exam, go through your lecture notes very thoroughly. The final exam questions incorporates many aspects of what you have learnt, so practice linking subject matter together.
