Unfortunately, there is nothing positive about this subject. The textbook is US-based, and as a result, the subject focuses on US accounting principles, not Australian accounting principles, so ignore what you've been taught in accounting subjects. In addition, the lecturer is not very helpful, and the lectures are merely an audio version of the lecture notes. For the mid-session and final exams, the tutorial questions are the best guide to what may be asked. For the group assignment, start early and try and follow the different types of analysis when completing the assignment.
