Reviews

Everyone will tell you this is an easy course, well it is in terms of the content but the lecturer for some reasons makes it complicated for no reason, way too complicated. New ideas would be introduced in exams only while the course material has only the basic information be prepared to see new concepts and solving methods in every exam, things that were not even taught or discussed in class. Other than that the content is very interesting.

This lecture is really easy if you have good understanding about valuations. On the other hand exams are not easy unless you comprehend all concepts. You have to do tutorial examples every week. They are really helpful to understand concepts. The lecture book is also very good with its examples. This lecture is really very helpful for people who wants to get CFA designation.
