This subject was really interesting, it discussed about the structure/agency interconnection in relation to Indigenous incarceration. The first essay was a bit challenging - the questions were long and a bit complicated to understand, but the lecturer/tutor was very willing to help you at anytime before the submission. The last assignment entirely focused upon the last topic of the course, research in Indigenous communities. I would highly recommend this subject for those who are interested in learning about structural constraints facing Indigenous people and their way of tacking such issues.

Didn't like this subject at all. The content was interesting, learning about the Indigenous people, their disadvantages and all. However, the lecturer is so boring and she marks SO harsh. Almost everyone I spoke to in the tutorial got a 'Pass' only for the essay. Fortunately, I got above that but it was still really bad, compared to the grades I normally get. Wouldn't recommend doing it, it'll just lower your GPA/WAM!
