Scored a mid H2A. The whole subject is a group assignment with one other member where you must deliver a project from design all the way to a completed front end online store website based on a fictional client that you select based on a category assigned to your tutorial class. The first assignment has you pick four Australian online shops (two good and two bad) based on your category and discerning positive and negative qualities from each, and ultimately selecting one as your client and developing a client brief. The second assignment involves following the design process to the point of designing in figma a new interaction flow based on your observations in assigment one. The final assignment has you programming in html, css and javascript, the final design and the interaction flow for both phone and desktop displays (two designated screen sizes). This subject is intense for anybody not particularly familiar with design tools like figma or very experienced in figma. Attendance at tutorials and studios is valuable for coordinating with your group member. Learn the tools like figma and github early on to avoid unnecessary stress. I'd only recommend this to students majoring in User Experience Design, Compsci, or those with a distinct passion and interest in developing the front end of a website. The marking is strict but fair, and Greg Wadley is always a great lecturer to have.
