I really enjoyed this subject. The subject is now called 'Hitler's Germany and Fascism' and covers not just Italian and German fascism, but also Spanish, South American, and other fascist regimes around the world. I found myself looking forward to watching the lectures, and truly found I learned something new in each one. The tutorials are based solely on the readings, so make sure you do them and take notes. Angel and Natasha were wonderful. If I had criticisms it would be that some readings were tedious and long, and some felt like they could have been more relevant to the week. The assignments are not easy, and there is a major focus on historiography, but I quite liked that there was a test component. I also was not really interested in the last week as it was centered on the opinion that fascism still exists in today's world and populism is a form of it, which I dont agree with.
