An intense but doable unit. I definitely felt like my German skills had improved a lot by the end of this unit. That being said, the course was extremely content heavy, with most classes focusing (unsurprisingly for German) on grammar, and vocab mainly being assumed as part of revision. Like German 1, most assessments focus on reading and writing. The cultural studies part of the course was mixed - the film study and history of Berlin was amazing, while the focus on some historical figures was a bit boring (that may just reflect my interests though). Overall, a worthwhile unit.
