DO THIS SUBJECT AT YOUR OWN PERIL! This subject is often recommended to unwitting students with the term we all know and love a "WAM Booster". Maybe it was a few years ago. But the way this department now approaches this subject is to mark it as harshly as possible. This is anything but a WAM Booster. It's actually more of a "WAM Reducer". The only way it could increase your WAM is if you had a wam of sub 50. This subject is marked so ridiculously hard that your WAM will plummet so DO NOT DO THIS SUBJECT AT ANY COST! To add to all this the content is neither interesting which meant I along with the rest of the cohort completely gave up on attending lectures which are more a form of soft propaganda instead of actual interesting and useful learning. The subject's tutors add further salt to the wound by making sure that none of the assessment even remotely matches what is covered in the lecture recordings. There are many many wam boosters and interesting subjects on offer at this wonderful institution. But this is defs not one of them!
