I agree with the other comment about the fact that the two lecturers cannot really teach. However, the assignments and exams are not really difficult and you can achieve a high mark relatively easy compared with other Melbourne subjects. The Berkeley subject really helps. We know that our lectures just copy everything from there.

Although subject is very useful for your future, don't rely on only lectures. Because one of the 2 main lecturers have no ability to teach. I think best approach would be to take Edx.org's Intro to AI subject (first part until Machine Learning) by Berkeley University before starting it (if you don't want to fail). Also, take really serious project 2. Many teams failed in our semester.
