ANU Law Tutor Jonathan

I graduated from the ANU College of Law in 2016 with first class honours. When I was a law student, I was an editor of the Federal Law Review. I graduated law school with 1st class honours in a record 3.5 years, instead of the typical 5. I am an expert on the Australian contractual doctrine of mistake, having done my honours thesis in that area of law. Since graduating, I have worked in Sydney law firms in the areas of commercial transactions and commercial litigation, even appearing before the full bench of the NSW Court of Appeal. I only teach contract law now because that is my area of specialty. I live in Sydney so I mostly teach online/by Zoom but I can travel to Canberra occasionally.
