About me: BBMED Pathology UoM 2023 [H1 WAM] Mentored undergraduate students MD1 2024 Why me? As someone who self-learned while preparing for the interview, I quickly developed strategies to improve my delivery skills. Although my preparation time was shy of a month, I effectively utilised this time to participate in mock interviews, while providing comprehensive feedback to enhance communication skills, professionalism, and ethical reasoning. By understanding the interview process and its criteria, I am confident that I’m able to identify and pinpoint areas of weakness and offer tailored advice. Through this, you will gain important insights for your role as future medical students. Lesson Content/Approach to Tutoring: Develop your communication skills to convey ideas appropriate to the interview format Mock Interviews: Conducting mock interviews that mirror the actual experience, followed by detailed feedback to improve both verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
