Anyone who hasn't done any form of biology in a while would benefit from doing a bridging course on the subject prior to the commencement of the course. I had done Open Foundation (Science for nursing and midwifery) the year prior and found the course a breeze. Also use as many resources such as quizlet, youtube and textbooks, as you can!

Difficult but interesting course. Everything links together from one week to the next, so it can become hard if you do not stay on top of weekly summaries.
