Very interesting unit, would highly recommend. The unit is set out clearly, each week is on a different theory so it is very easy to follow. Govand is a fantastic tutor/lecturer and he is clearly very passionate about international relations. Assessments are generously-marked and you usually have a choice between a few questions (for the essay). There is lots of time to complete the assessments.

While this course could be a little dry at times, it covered a lot of important theories and content for students studying an International Relations Major.

Felt dry at time in terms of content but a lot to discuss if you engage with the theories more. Agreed that very generous in terms of marking and assessments. :)

Easy unit. not to difficult. Some interesting content but concepts can become a little abstract and difficult to understand. Marking of essays are quite generous, and final takehome exam was extremely generous. Provided ample time to complete the task.
