This subject is run by someone who does not have the best grasp on the English language, making lectures and reading feedback on written work extremely difficult to understand. Marking criteria is reused from different units run by different convenors, and instructions for completing assessments are very difficult to understand until you actually open the assessment to complete it. This is not counting the extremely complicated iLearn navigation, having one tab for Assessments, but placing the turnitin links within the weekly tabs rather than the Assessment tab. How someone who does not speak English well can harshly mark an essay and criticise one's use of syntax and grammar is beyond me. Do not take this subject.
