A fun and great unit! It is very achievable to attain a HD or a D so aim for it. The content is easy to learn and you do not need to be a 'computer geek' to understand the more technical aspects of the unit. The assessments are very conveniently spread out which is a bonus!

Pretty good. First time the unit was run so was a bit disorganised at times but the assessments were easy enough. Content was quite interesting, the 300-level version of this seems more interesting.

PICT201 is a great unit that offers students an invaluable insight into the how crime may operate on the cyber realm, and how criminology theories can be applied. The other good thing is that you do not need to be technically proficient in order to grasp the unit.
