This unit mixes the sort of general media theory that you'd be familiar with as a media student with a bit of learning HTML on the side. If you're inexperienced with HTML or any kind of coding, you don't need to be worried. This unit is very, very basic in that area and gives you plenty of time and instruction to learn what you'll need for the final website assessment. That assessment is not very big and isn't very taxing, and so long as it's started in a timely manner you'll be fine. Tutors are friendly and really helpful, so ask them all your questions. The rest of the unit is pretty standard, and quite similar to MAS110 in structure. Great lecturer, no exam.

This was a cool subject. In the practical lessons learning how to do HTML and CSS coding I totally felt like a awesome TV show hacker. The practical skills are awesome to have and I will use them again. I also found there was some content overlap with MAS203 which was actually really good, because it added another dimension to the discussion
